Crailing orchard open day

On Saturday 9th June, Crailing Community Orchard held an open day, with funding from SBCAN. Activities included a talk on Ancient trees, a demo/ talk on beekeeping, a Bug Hunt and Foraging. Ayliffe from the SBCAN team provided a children’s quiz and treasure hunt, as well sharing information about SBCAN.

The event was a celebration of the wonderful work of Crailing Orchard, associated crafts and skills and the biodiversity of the beautiful orchard space .
