Borders Act for change: Crailing Community Orchard

As part of Borders Act for Change, Crailing Community Orchard held an apple Grafting workshop led by Juliet, Crailing Community Orchard Animateur.

Despite the stormy weather there was a great turn out, with lots of people there to find our how to graft and grow their own fruit trees.

Ayliffe from the SBCAN team went along to see the grafting in action; ‘it was so interesting to learn how to choose your apple variety and add it to rootstock, to make your own individual apple tree’.
